Magic2k require that the banner takes up as little disk space as possible to aid fast download and browsing. There is no set limit for the banner's volume but we ask that it is as small as possible and reserve the right to alter or optimize it.

Magic2k can only accept banners in the following file formats: GIF, JPG, TIF, BMP. All may be converted into another format for uploading, downloading and optimization purposes.

Magic2k will not consider any site that promotes illegal, immoral or questionable content at the discretion of the Magic2k webmaster.

Our webmaster's decision is final.

The banner exchange will be a random database driven exchange programme. When you place the code on your website, the code will automatically pick a banner from the database.

Applications for exceptions must be made by email to the Magic2k Admin Team and will be considered on their own merit and content.

Magic2k reserve the right to remove, alter or move the advertiser's banner to different pages, layouts, colors, alignments or to re-design the banner to fit in with the theme, color scheme or band width requirements of our site.

Magic2k may check the status of their own banners and URL's containing code pertaining to the same and WILL REMOVE any banners belonging to a page that does not have a Magic2k banner code on it.

All participants must upload the Magic2k banner code within 24 hours of the email containing code for the same being sent.

Magic2k cannot accept any responsibility for failed emails, by way of third party default, server irregularities, system difficulties, disconnection or any other factor outside of our control.

A link to these terms and conditions will be sent to all banner exchange participants with confirmation of their acceptance into the exchange and the Magic2k banner code itself.

Clause 7.1 refers to all members, paying and non-paying alike.

All members agree to keep the methodology and secrets implied or otherwise of all tricks, routines, shows, presentational ideas, tips and all other material to themselves and not to allow any person, persons, organization or company to know such without express written permission from Magic2k.

Reproduction of Magic2k material in the form of newsletters, books, pamphlets, internet or WAP pages, Text alerts, magic courses, brochures, hand outs, duplicate tricks or any other form of external communication what so ever, including (but not limited to) verbal communication is expressly forbidden unless express written permission has been received from Magic2k by that member waiving this clause.

All shoppers must agree to pay the full amount stated and unless expressly written, no discount will be given. For further information on how to get a discount, please email us.

To purchase some material on Magic2k you must be 18 years or older. Due to certain laws pertaining to this and as it is difficult to establish over the internet, we accept Paypal which does not accept minor members. It is not illegal for an adult to buy goods for a minor. Therefore if you are a minor a parent or guardian is free to use our service.

Legal action may also be taken if any of these terms are not met, to the full extent applicable in law

Magic2k reserve the right to not publish any trick, article or any other submitted works at it's sole discression.

All members submitting material to Magic2k agree to be bound by it's terms and conditions in full without evasion or equivocation.

All Magic2k members agree to allow Magic2k to publish their submitted original works in whatever form, whether it be on the website, or written, spoken, or performed in any media they deem necessary.

All Magic2k members agree to waive any royalty rights apertaining to the submitted material. (See 11.5)

Magic2k may make token payments (at it's sole discression) to submitting members, in gratitude of their material.

These payments are "as is", no repeat payment, whether implied or otherwise will be given unless Magic2k agree, in full and without influence, to it.

If one member recieves a payment, other members are not automatically given rights to recieve a similar payment. This is purely at Magic2k's discression.

Magic2k will check all user-submitted works that will be used on Magic2k for copyright breach. Some of this material may breach copyright and, if reported will be removed immediately.

If you come across any such material, please email the Magic2k Administrator immediately and we will take it very seriously.

In the event of a submitted work evading our security screening but still breaching copyright, the submitting Member will be held solely accountable for the breach in copyright. This member holds themselves entirely to blame and indemnifies Magic2k in full from any legal proceedings.

You are expected to attend any event that you have accepted. Failure to do this will be classed as breach of contract and may result in termination of:

We do take an administration and finders fee, but this is taken prior to paying you. Therefore YOU will receive 90% of the fee.

You may accept as many booking as you are offered provided that you do not double book yourself.

Time keeping and record keeping are your own responsibility.

You will be legally self-employed. Therefore tax and national isurance contributions MUST be completed by you. Magic2k accept no responsibility for this and are not to be held liable.

Legal action may also be taken if any of these terms are not met, to the full extent applicable in law
