that may result as a side effect of using this site,
or any page thereof. This includes but is not limited
to the ouija board, black magick spells and suggested
recepies for consumption.

held within this site to be detremental to thier
own religious beliefs and may even be considered
in some circles heracy. We do not aim to upset or
influence any person or group with any statement,
information or image but rather aim to inform and
educate in areas that we feel have been neglected
or misrepresented.

held within it's pages, files, folders and systems.
Practice of any techniques, rituals, or activities
whether online or otherwise performed with aid of
the afore mentioned is neither condoned or advised.

do not offer any warranty of guarantee in any form
to any visitor, or member, whether paying or otherwise.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information
and although we strive to meet high standards, all
information, images, ideas and articles are provided
"as is" and if money is exchanged, you
will not be granted any more than your statutory
rights unless at the complete discression of Magic2k
management. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
We
accept that mistakes happen and that in the effort
of all Magic2k staff to provide the best possible
and most comprehensive magic and supernatural site
on the Internet, there will at times be mistakes
and inaccuracies. These (if pointed out) will be
rectified as soon as is practicable. All references
will be included and spelling will be checked but
should a
mistake become apparent to any visitor, they should
report it to a member of staff imediately.
All
sales will be dispatched immediately after payment
and will be sent by the First Class UK post or cheapest
postal system available over-seas . No couriers
will be used except in extreem circumstances in
order to reduce cost to the end user.
